Refund Policy


1. General Refund Conditions

Refunds will be considered only in cases where the transaction has been processed incorrectly, or the customer is eligible under applicable rules and regulations of the cooperative society. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date, unless otherwise specified in the terms of service for specific products or services.

2. Refund Eligibility

1.Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is accidentally made twice for the same service or membership.

2.Unauthorized Transactions: If the payment was made fraudulently and verified through due investigation.

3.Service Not Delivered: If a service or benefit that was promised has not been rendered within the stipulated timeframe.

4.Error in Payment Amount: If the incorrect amount was charged due to system errors or miscommunication.



3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

1.Membership fees once approved and processed.

2.Loans or financial products where services have already been disbursed.

3.Voluntary cancellations where no error or fault occurred on our side.

4.Penalties, late fees, or other charges due to member non-compliance.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps: Submit a written request to refunds@hariomccrs.com or visit your nearest Patpedhi branch.

Include the following details:

Full Name

Membership ID

Transaction ID

Date of Transaction

Reason for Refund

Supporting documents (e.g., proof of payment, error screenshots, or bank statements).

Our team will review your request and may contact you for further clarification or documentation.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., bank account, UPI ID, or card) used for the transaction.



6. Disputes and Escalations

TIf you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance@hariomccrs.com or by calling our helpline at +91 735 000 4282.


7. Amendments to the Policy

Patpedhi reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or customer feedback. Updates will be communicated via our website and branch notices.
